Blood Counts Low

Got my blood results today from yesterday's tests.  They have come back low which means I was at risk of catching an infection, so needed to be really careful.  I had had a high temperature on and off over the last few days and had spent quite a lot of time in bed.  But it was my first cycle of the chemotherapy and didn't know what to expect.  I put the unwell feeling down to side effects of the chemotherapy, nothing else.

I was asked to come back on the Monday to have another blood test.  The results would hopefully be better by then.
